Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments for the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged public facilities):

The municipalities of Cayey, Ceiba, Coamo, Culebra, Guanica, Guayama, Juncos, Lajas, Luquillo, Maunabo, Naguabo, Patillas, Río Grande, Sabana Grande, Salinas, San German, San Lorenzo, Utuado, Vieques, Yabucoa, and Yauco

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All municipalities in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
