Individual Assistance
(Assistance to individuals and households):

    Territory of Guam including direct Federal 
    assistance at 75 percent Federal funding.

Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments for the 
repair or replacement of disaster-damaged public 
facilities):

    Territory of Guam for debris removal and emergency 
    protective measures (Categories A and B) at 75 
    percent Federal funding.  Direct Federal assistance 
    is authorized. Territory of Guam for Categories C 
    through G including direct Federal Assistance, at 
    75 percent Federal funding

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments for actions 
taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and 
property from natural hazards):	

    All areas in the Territory of Guam are eligible to 
    apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation 
    Grant Program.

Other:
    Additional designations may be made at a later date 
    after further evaluation.
