Sunshine Law Violation Complaints

The Attorney General is charged with enforcing Missouri Sunshine Law. To ensure that government is open, the Attorney General reviews complaints regarding potential Sunshine Law violations and, in certain cases, takes legal action in response to a complaint. However, please understand that the Attorney General cannot act as your attorney but represents the state's interests in ensuring that public meetings and records are open to the extent provided by law.
