ANA Help Desk Richard Glass, Program Analyst David Record, Web Manager and IT Support Mary Woloskie, Senior Project Coordinator Ann Hull, Project Consultant Patricia McDonald, Budget Officer Dan Hull, Project Manager The Branch of Management Support Services (BMSS) is responsible for ANA Budget and Administrative functions.  BMSS coordinates ANA budget activities, oversees contract actions and expenditures, website management, data collection, personnel actions, ANA’s electronic library, and the coordination and tracking of required reports. Jeff Weiser, Impact Evaluator Matthew Gallagher, Impact Evaluator Courtney Roy, Director, Division of Policy, Planning and Evaluation The Division of Policy, Planning and Evaluation  (DPPE) is responsible for policy development; conducting community impact evaluations; mid-year grantee project reviews; the coordination of training and technical assistance activities in Alaska, the Pacific Basin and in the lower forty-eight states; and the development of organizational and Congressional reports.    Kyle Lohrke, IT Systems Specialist Reporting Mark Allender, Program Specialist Carrie Fanuelli, Program Specialist Sarah Schappert, Program Specialist Judith Williford, Program Specialist Christopher Beach, Project Officer and BMSS Team Lead Sheila Cooper, Director, Division of Program Operations The Division of Program Operations (DPO) is responsible for annual grant competitions and coordination of the panel review process; development of ANA’s Program Announcements; administration and oversight of ANA’s project grant portfolio; technical assistance to grantees, and grant close-out procedures. The DPO also manages and coordinates activities that support the ACF Native American Affairs workgroup. Caroline Gary, ANA Deputy Commissioner Quanah Crossland Stamps, ANA Commissioner (PAS) Natasha Coleman, Executive Aide to the Commissioner Jill Kane, ANA Help Desk Under its Charter, the ICNAA coordinates and encourages the cooperation of the Departments within Health and Human Services and other federal agencies' resources for Native American people.
