When Tragedies Strike

by Tim Habert, Parma, Ohio CERT Member

When Tragedies Strike,
be they large or small,
they somehow seem,
to affect us all.

The Disaster is here,
my community's broken,
the help I can give,
is only a token.

To help out my neighbors,
and help them get through,
I'm a member of CERT,
and that's what I do.
