By downloading or using the USA Freedom Corps banners, you agree to the following conditions of use:

1. The USA Freedom Corps logos, marks, or banners must be used in connection with promoting volunteering and civic engagement.
   
2. The logos, marks, or banners may not be used in any way or manner that implies or expresses the federal government’s endorsement of any person, product, program, or service.
   
3. The USA Freedom Corps logos, marks, or banners may not be used for commercial purposes.
   
4. No one may manufacture for sale a product containing or featuring the logos, marks, or banners.
   
5. Use of the logos, marks or banners in violation of these terms and conditions, may result in cancellation of right to use the protected symbols and further legal action. Upon notice from USA Freedom Corps, the user agrees to discontinue use of the logos, marks, or banners.
   
6. Users shall not imprint the logos, marks, or banners on any solicitation for donations or other fundraising materials.
   
7. By downloading or using the USA Freedom Corps marks, logos, or banners, you agree to hold USA Freedom Corps harmless from any liability/damage in your exercise of that right in using the USA Freedom Corps marks, logos, or banners.
