President Bush to Recognize Morgantown Man for Dedication to Volunteer Service |

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Chuck White upon arrival in Morgantown, West Virginia, on Monday, July 4, 2005. White is a volunteer with the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties. To thank volunteers for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush has met with more than 400 individuals around the country, like White, since March 2002.
