President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Liridon Leti upon arrival at the airport in Palm Springs, California, on Saturday, April 22, 2006. Leti, 17, volunteers through the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Springs. To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush has met with more than 490 individuals around the country, like Leti, since March 2002.
