President Bush to Recognize Warners Man for Dedication to Volunteer Service

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Father Joseph Champlin upon arrival in Rochester, New York, on Tuesday, March 14, 2006. Champlin is the founder of the Father Champlin Guardian Angel Society. To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush has met with more than 475 individuals around the country, like Champlin, since March 2002.
