President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Harold Brewer upon arrival in Denver, Colorado, on Monday, March 21, 2005. Brewer, 72, is an active volunteer with Keep Denver Beautiful, where he coordinates community clean-ups and beautification projects to help eliminate trash and graffiti from neighborhoods and public right-of-ways.
