President Bush to Recognize West Chester Woman for Dedication to Volunteer Service

President George W. Bush presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award to Kristen Holloway upon arrival at the airport in Wheeling, West Virginia, on Wednesday, March 22, 2006. Holloway is the founder and president of Operation Troop Appreciation. To thank them for making a difference in the lives of others, President Bush has met with more than 480 individuals around the country, like Holloway, since March 2002.
