| Since March 2002, President Bush has met with local volunteers during the course of his travel to communities around the country to recognize them for their dedicated volunteer service. The following is a map of the continental United States, with location markers indicating where the President has recognized an individual for answering the call to serve their neighbors and their Nation. (The President has also recognized volunteers in both Hawaii and Alaska - make sure that you take a look!)
Using the navigation pane located at the left side of the map, you can zoom in and out and move to different locations on the map. When you click on a marker, a balloon will appear with a description of the individual and a link to the corresponding press release.
