Why do I get the "Some Feature Classes had problems when loading their WT/CNT information…" message when trying to run batch validation?
There are no batch validation checks for the Annotation layers. Change your Selectable Layers settings so that these layers are not selectable. Clear the existing selection and re-launch Batch Validate.
