Returns Policy
If you are a bookseller and need to return all or part of an order, please note the following:
- Returns are accepted 365 days from the date of invoice.
- Returns for credit must be accompanied by invoice or invoice information (invoice number, date, and purchase price).
- Books must be in saleable condition.
- Address for returns: ASCE Returns Department, 3280 Summit Ridge Parkway, Duluth, GA 30096. Please do not return any items to our Reston, VA address. Call (703) 295-6210 or email Pubsful with further questions.
No Fault Returns
ASCE will pay for return shipping charges if we have made a shipping error or if the book is damaged or defective. If this is the case, please call the Customer Service department at (703) 295-6210. ASCE will issue a replacement free-of-charge. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt.
