Returns Policy

If you are a bookseller and need to return all or part of an order, please note the following:

  1. Returns are accepted 365 days from the date of invoice. 
  2. Returns for credit must be accompanied by invoice or invoice information (invoice number, date, and purchase price).
  3. Books must be in saleable condition.
  4. Address for returns:  ASCE Returns Department, 3280 Summit Ridge Parkway, Duluth, GA 30096. Please do not return any items to our Reston, VA address. Call (703) 295-6210 or email Pubsful with further questions.

No Fault Returns

ASCE will pay for return shipping charges if we have made a shipping error or if the book is damaged or defective. If this is the case, please call the Customer Service department at (703) 295-6210. ASCE will issue a replacement free-of-charge. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt.
