Cameron, LA, 11-10-05 -- Neighbors laughed when Francis Gilbeau put this life preserver on this tree which was the only thing that survived in his neighbor hood. In retrospect he wishes he had put it on the house (which didn't survive) instead.
Hurricane Rita left many people homeless that are asking FEMA to help them get back on their feet.
