I am having trouble downloading a file. What should I do?

We offer links to free software you'll need to view some USFA documents, such as those in Portable Document Format (PDF) or to use other audio and visual files. If you experience difficulty downloading a file:

Error Messages

When you're filling out a form, you may make mistakes. Common mistakes are:

In some cases we can tell there is a problem while you are still on the page. If that is the case, a pop-up error message will appear. Close the error message and make the correction.

We also check the information when you try to go to the next page. If we find a mistake you will not go to the next page. We will tell you how many errors there are at the top of the page. We will also mark each incorrect item to the right of the place where the information goes. Make the correction and go to the next page.

"Page Has Expired" Warning

If you use the "Back" button when you shouldn't, you will get a "Page Has Expired" warning. When that happens, read the information on the page and then press the "Back" button again or press ALT + Left Arrow to get back to the page you left.

Something on this site doesn't work. What should I do?
