You can order a limited number of free paper copies of many documents from EPA's National Service Center for Environmental Publications (NSCEP) or (800) 490-9198. When free copies are not available, NSCEP will refer the requestor to the National Technical Information Service (NTIS), which offers paper documents for a fee at (800) 553-NTIS. EPA employees can order free paper copies of OSWER documents through the Superfund Docket at (703) 603-9232 and the RCRA Docket at (703) 603-9230
