There are four easy ways to register for NUCPS courses:

1.    Online

To register online, click on the "courses" button on the left navigation and locate the course for which you would like to register. Then click on the red "Register Now" button and complete the online registration form.

2.    Phone

To register by phone, please call (800) 323-4011 or (847) 491-7245 during regular business hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday).

3.    Fax

To register by fax, please click here to download the registration form. Then complete the form and fax it to (847) 491-4232 (Attention Registrar).

4.    Mail
