User Training
DFIRM Tools Access
DFIRM tools access is being granted to organizations that have received tools
training, requested access and have GIS capabilities. If you are a FEMA mapping partner interested
in using the DFIRM tools on the Mapping Information Platform (MIP) production environment,
please contact your local Regional Management Center (RMC). RMC locations correspond to FEMA
Regions and can be reached via e-mail as follows:
Please contact the RMC in the Region where your company performs mapping work (if it is a different location from where your office
resides).
DFIRM Tools Training
Training will be provided via instructor-led WebEx training. Registration is first-come, first-served. Mapping Partners who would like
to register for training must contact their RMC.
Attention RMCs: Please submit your training requests to
MIPHelp@mapmodteam.com. Please note "DFIRM Tools Training and Citrix Setup" in the subject field of the e-mail. Be sure to include a
list of attendees' names, and verify that each attendee has access to DFIRM Tools and Citrix. If an attendee does not have access, attach
a Citrix Request form complete with their mapping partner name and privilege identified.

WISE Tools Training
