Service Pack 14 Training Manager Course
This class is designed for mapping partner staff members who serve as overall project managers and are responsible for entering financial information and project status. It covers how to remain in compliance with Procedure Memorandum 35 - Additional Requirements for Inclusion in FY05 Study Contracts and report the status of your projects to FEMA Regions.

Service Pack 14 Training Producer Course
This class is designed for mapping partner staff members and sub-contractors who are responsible for data submission activities (including uploading and delivering FEMA-compliant data). It covers how to deliver compliant data, receive on-screen QA feedback from the automated metadata tools, and how the project manager and FEMA Region view the workflow progress.
