Delzura, CA, December 6, 2007 -- Don Keller, right, of Babcock Services, Inc., watches San Diego County Supervising Building Inspector Rusty Anderson as he examines the piers supporting the FEMA-provided mobile home. His job is to inspect the installation of the home to ensure the work is compliant with local building codes and ordinances.
