FEMA contractor installs piers for a mobile home in California
Delzura, CA, December 4, 2007 -- Tony Smith, of Advanced Mobile Systems, installs piers to support the FEMA-provided mobile home that a family will temporarily live in while they begin to rebuild their lives.
