Course Objectives:
The objectives of this course are to enable the participants to:
- Describe the process used in solving problems and making decisions.
- Identify barriers to effective decisionmaking in a disaster setting and develop strategies for overcoming these barriers.
Target Audience:
The target audiences for this course are managers and supervisors assigned to the Disaster Field Office or to Disaster Recovery Centers. This course may be useful, however, to anyone assigned to disaster duty.
