We post a set of documents that are available for you to review before they are printed in the Federal Register.
- A new set of documents appears on our Electronic Public Inspection Desk (link opens in a new window) each morning at or about 8:45 a.m. every Federal business day.
These documents are also on file at the Office of the Federal Register (OFR) and will be published in the Federal Register on the dates listed.

Regular Filing Documents are routinely placed on file at 8:45 a.m. Eastern Time, for publication in the next day's Federal Register. Regular Filing documents are posted on the Electronic Public Inspection Desk.
Special Filing Documents are filed at other times and/or dates prior to publication. Special Filing documents are not yet available in electronic form.
