Important Information: IS-800.A NIMS Compliancy
- Emergency management personnel who have already completed IS-800 training as part of the FY06 NIMS compliance activities WILL NOT be required to take the revised IS 800.A training. However, the NIMS Integration Center urges everyone, especially those who have completed IS-800, to review the changes outlined in the NRP Notice of Change document and the Quick Reference Guide (http://www.fema.gov/emergency/nims/whats_new.shtm).
- The IS-800.A National Response Plan: An Introduction, Web-based training course has been revised to reflect the changes to the NRP. The course will contain a new test for course completion.
- The IS-800.A classroom materials are available at this time. The only way to take this course is by using the online interactive options.
