Butler, Chase, Coffey, Cowley, Franklin, Harvey, Lyon, Marion, Neosho, Sedgwick, and Sumner counties for Individual Assistance (IA) and Public Assistance (PA) (11). Douglas, Johnson, Leavenworth, Wilson and Wyandotte counties for Individual Assistance (IA)only. (5) Greenwood, Harper, Saline and Woodson counties for Public Assistance (PA) only. (4) All counties in the state are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
