Barbour, Butler, Crenshaw, Coffee, Conecuh, Covington, Dale, Escambia, Geneva, Henry, Houston and Randolph are designated for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance (12). All counties in Alabama are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
