FEMA ID

A Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) ID is a six (6) character identification number assigned to a property by USFA upon approval of their application.

Examples
Enter the entire six (6) character code to find a specific hotel:
  • AK0025
  • ak0025
Enter any portion of the six (6) character code to find hotels with property numbers containing the portion of the code entered:
  • AK00
  • 025

Property Name

You may enter all or part of the property name. Capitalization is NOT important.

Examples
  • HYATT
  • holiday inn
  • holid

Address

You may enter all or part of the street address. Capitalization is NOT important.

Examples
  • 100 Oak St
  • OAK
Note: use abbreviations for Street, Avenue, etc. (i.e. St, Ave, Blvd, etc.)

City

You may enter all or part of the city you would like to search. Capitalization is NOT important.

Examples
  • Atlanta
  • san fran

Zip Code

You may enter partial or all digits of the five (5) digit zip code you would like to search for.

Examples
Enter the entire five (5) digit code to find a specific zip code:
  • 22133
Enter the first portion of a zip code to find hotels in a specific zip code area:
  • 2213
  • 135
  • 05

EIN

You must enter the Federal Employer Identification Number associated with the property in order to manage the property's information online. For more information on EIN's, please visit the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) web site.
