Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments for the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged public facilities):

The parishes of Ascension, Assumption, Avoyelles, Bossier, Caddo, Concordia, East Baton Rouge, Grant, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lafourche, Livingston, Orleans, Ouachita, Plaquemines, Rapides, St. Bernard, St, Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Martin, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, and Washington, for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B), including direct Federal assistance at 100 percent Federal funding of the total eligible costs for a period up to first 72 hours.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

The parishes of Ascension, Assumption, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Bossier, Caddo, Concordia, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Grant, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lafourche, Livingston, Orleans, Ouachita, Plaquemines, Rapides, St. Bernard, St, Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Martin, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, Washington, and West Feliciana in the State of Louisiana are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
