Congressional and Regulatory Testimony

In its role as an information clearinghouse and representative for the pipeline industry, the association is invited to provide information to Congress and regulatory agencies on issues relating to crude oil and refined petroleum product pipelines. AOPL Testifies at EPA Hearings On Off-Road Fuel 6/12/03AOPL provided testimony to EPA on ways to lower the impact on pipeline operations of the proposed rule to lower the sulfur content of diesel fuel used for off-road, locomotive and marine purposes. As pipelines struggle to carry a new line of products, small changes can facilitate fungibility and improve pipeline usage.
