General Resources: Albania

Created and maintained by the

This annotated portal describes more than 150 websites that inform about Albania. It features websites of U.S. government offices, websites produced in Albania, and websites produced anywhere that have a singular focus on Albania.

In addition to the websites given here, researchers should also consult Portals to the World's Central and Eastern Europe site, a selection of the most informative websites from international, regional and other organizations that cover all countries of Eastern Europe.

It is a common practice for many websites created in non-English speaking countries to provide an interface not only in the national language but also in English in order to reach an international audience. Such websites are often most complete in the national language.
