'Hello to all. We are in Israel - and just checking in to give you a quick update.

We arrived after a very, very long flight here this morning at 10 a.m. local time in Tel Aviv. It seemed really amazing that just 13 hours earlier we were in DC. In just 1/2 day we have transformed into the Middle East, where the culture, the history, the issues are so different than what we were debating just 24 hours ago in the U.S. Senate.'
