June 26, 2003   STATEMENT OF SENATE GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN COLLINS ON OMB NOMINATION VOTE   WASHINGTON, D.C.-Senate Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Susan Collins (R-ME) commented today on her committee’s vote to approve Josh Bolten’s nomination for director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
