@NicoleFerraro I think I read your post, several times, in 2005.
Perhaps only one person on Twitter understands "social media". And I'm watching the Twitter search results for his name right now.
I'm still not certain whether Twitter will go "mainstream", but it's now mainstream among those who trade in ideas.
I'm noticing many familiar names from the political blogosphere are now on Twitter.
Someday somebody will do a Ph.D. thesis centered on @1938media's tweet stream. BTW, Loren is now accepting sponsors for his Twitter blocks.
I agree with @stevegillmor re: "Realtime Web under attack by Google [i.e. Feeburner]" Though apathetic publishers are complicit here too.
I still can't let go of 2008: http://bit.ly/6Nd
Seems a lot of people suddenly love the phrase "neat stuff": http://bit.ly/SrF6
@dannysullivan Nope, you just described it adequately. :-)
Twitter ( http://bit.ly/5LxS ) agrees with Techmeme ( http://bit.ly/eQJW ) that it's exceptionally sucky for Evite to go down on NYE.
Not sure I want to use http://bit.ly/8n5y instead of http://bit.ly/nUuK for my background image, as @rachaelosborn suggests. But intrigued
Who was the #FirstToLink to your new blog or web site? For me it was @vodkapundit, almost 5 years ago, in this post: http://bit.ly/XlL0
News from 2005 finally reaches RWW via @sarahintampa: http://bit.ly/MdAy Congrats @niall on finally breaking through!
I keep getting out of office replies. People are literally taking weeks off work. It's like they don't care that the Internet is still there
Enjoyed @Ross's reference to "Uh, news" http://bit.ly/Yf6d , a type of news I know and sometimes love, though I tend to call it "Um, news"
I was not anticipating @freecloud's dog/trick visualization http://bit.ly/14lqb of 2008 Techmeme's top 10 list: http://bit.ly/3R0Nxo
This list of the top 10 tech stories for 2008 is clearly the most objective, er authoritative, er interesting?: http://bit.ly/3R0Nxo
As many people (e.g. @jspepper) have told me, Techmeme should publish occasional "best of" compilations
@scobleizer hahahahahahaha! hahahaha! haha! Whoa, that was good.
Yes Virginia, Techmeme's most bitter and persistent critics are merely upset that Techmeme doesn't love their posts. Always been that way.
