EIA to Release Winter Fuels Outlook

WHAT: EIA presents its Winter Fuels Outlook at a press conference as part of the 2004 – 2005 Winter Fuels Outlook Conference which is an annual event sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Assurance (OEA), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), and Energy Information Administration (EIA), and hosted by the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO).  Accompanying this media advisory is the agenda for the Winter Fuels Outlook Conference.
