EIA Administrator to Leave in May

As announced to Energy Information Administration (EIA) employees last week, Jay Hakes will leave his position as Administrator of EIA in late May. A press release from the National Archives and Records Administration provides details on Mr. Hakes appointment as Director of the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library in Atlanta, Georgia, effective June 4, 2000.
