harkin aide to hold veterans roundtable in clinton county
Senator encourages area veterans to stop by, share concerns, and ask questions
DES MOINES – Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) announced today that his aide, Linda Lucy, will hold a “Veterans Roundtable" on Wednesday, October 15 to help him continue his work on behalf of Iowa’s veterans. Lucy will be visiting Clinton to hear the concerns of Clinton County veterans.
“Discussions such as this are a great way for me and my staff to keep in touch with Iowans,” said Harkin. “Folks don’t have to travel far to find out what I’m working on or how I can help them with a problem. Every year my office reaches out to all 99 counties bringing information and assistance to the people of our state.”
