Senator Daniel Akaka was on the floor when Senator Hillary Clinton took the stage Tuesday night. He had exciting news from the Democratic National Convention.
The party is putting the Akaka Bill, which would establish a Native Hawaiian governing body to negotiate with federal and state government, on its platform.
