BOSTON – Senator John Kerry will speak about economic challenges we face as a nation and as a state, and will introduce a plan to help get America back on track to economic prosperity. The speech will take place at the North Shore Community College in Lynn on Tuesday. Kerry will introduce a plan to both stimulate the economy in the short term, addressing the pressing concerns of Massachusetts’ residents and also offer a long-term strategy to position Massachusetts to flourish in the 21st Century global economy
