Senator Murray visits Louden and receives a briefing on irrigation technologies being used to restore summer flows to the Walla Walla River. The River has run dry in the summer for nearly 100 years, due to irrigation. Senator Murray secured $500,000 in the fiscal year 2003 Appropriations bill for the Watershed Alliance.
