Federally Designated Spending Request Form
Senator Brown wants to assist Ohioans in their pursuit of federal dollars for worthy projects. If you are interested in seeking a congressionally designated spending item, please complete this initial request form.
This questionnaire is intended to provide basic information regarding an appropriations request. All requests should be completed no later than March 7, 2008.

It is recommended that you have completed the initial request form prior to scheduling a time to speak with the staff.
