Dodd testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security, regarding legislation he has introduced aimed at tightening loopholes that allow foreign workers to secure employment when well-qualified American workers are available to do the same job.

In recent weeks, Dodd has met with out-of-work information technology workers from around the state to hear their struggles in finding good jobs in a faltering economy and in a job market that is relying more heavily on foreign labor.
