Who should I call when I lose power?
If you experience a power outage, please call us at 1-800-662-7764 so
we can get you operational again as soon as possible. If you're having
equipment problems at your facility that you think may be power-related,
contact your Account Executive at 1-888-224-4300.
Who is my Account Executive?
A PSNH Account Executive
(AE) is assigned to each of our large commercial and industrial customers.
In general, this includes customers with at least one account on rate
GV or LG. If you're not sure who your AE is, just call 1-888-224-4300,
and our operators will connect you with the AE who works with your company.
Can I automate my payments to PSNH?
Through our Recurring Direct Debit
program, monthly payments can be deducted automatically
from your account. For customers on Rate GV or LG, the amount of time
between your billing date and the date your payment is deducted from
your account is negotiable (not to exceed 25 days). This allows you
sufficient time to review the charges and plan to have funds available.
Electronic Transfer
is another convenient payment method. With this option, you initiate
payment of your electric bill directly from your bank to ours, which
can help save you time and maximize cash flow.
How can I lower my electric bill?
There are many steps you can take to cut costs at your business, and
we can help. Your PSNH Account Executive can show you how to manage
energy more effectively, and advise where and how to purchase energy-efficient
products. Employing the latest state-of-the-art metering equipment,
our account engineers can perform a walk-through audit of your facility
to provide insight into energy use and recommend ways to achieve maximum
