 | | | | |  | The Government Information Center (GIC) is seeking photos and short videos of Delaware to be featured on the State's web site, delaware.gov. Both amateur and professional photographers/artists are welcome to submit content that captures the seasonal or unique beauty of Delaware.

Disclaimers- Entries must be submitted by the actual photographer or videographer. The submission is the guarantee that the entry is the author and/or copyright holder of the photo or video (including audio).
- Photographers and videographers retain the copyright to their photos and videos after submission and credit will be provided for accepted entries. Submission indicates the owner's permission for their content to be used freely on Delaware.gov without any fee or other form compensation. Submission also gives the Government Information Center the right to use, modify and/or adapt your photograph or video (and audio) as deemed appropriate.
- The Government Information Center reserves the right to select which photos or videos submitted will be used on Delaware.gov. All photos or videos submitted will be considered for use, however, only those photos or videos selected will be displayed on Delaware.gov. Staff members reserve the right to adjust (crop, color correct, edit for length, resize, downsample, etc.) submitted photos or video as needed.
- Submitted photos and video containing identifiable people (and/or clearly identifiable audio of people's voices) must be accompanied by a signed Photo/Video Release Form.
- Photos should be submitted in JPG or GIF format. Videos should not exceed fifteen (15) seconds in length and should be submitted in MOV, AVI, WMV, and/or the mobile phone .3g2 format. An attempt will be made to open other file formats however different formats may prevent content from being accepted.
- If mailed, floppy disks, CD-ROMs, or DVD-ROMs will not be returned. | |
