Dear Friends,
I extend warmest greetings to all in Maryland´s 4th Congressional District during the holiday season. This is a special time of the year for me to reflect on the importance of family and friends, helping those who are less fortunate, and looking with hope and optimism to a brighter tomorrow. I am confident in our nation´s future because of our deep commitment to the principles of diversity, hard work, compassion, and perseverance. As your Congresswoman, I am honored to represent this district where I see these same principles put into action year round and especially now during the holidays.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those individuals who dedicate themselves each and every day to making our country great: the men and women of our armed forces, and their families, who sacrifice in so many ways in service to our country; our first responders who are there in our greatest time of need; our nonprofit service providers who are looking out for the neediest among us during this season and throughout the year; our public servants who contribute so much to making government work for people; and working families who are the cornerstone of our nation´s current and future success.
