Nevada Senator Harry Reid joined leaders from government, industry, science and labor for the first of a series of important panel discussions about the future of renewable energy in the Silver State and throughout the country. The panel talked about setting energy priorities at the local, state, and federal levels and about Nevada’s role as the leader in a clean energy revolution. Earlier in August Reid hosted the National Clean Energy Summit in Las Vegas setting national priorities for the advancement of a clean energy revolution. “This panel represents the wide range of Nevadans eager to come together and turn this potential into reality,” said Reid. The panel will continue to meet on a regular basis to work toward solutions for our clean energy future. Read more on Reid's efforts to promote clean energy in Nevada and across America. |
