Critical Notices

		The Critical Notice will inform shippers of a critical event and/or other important information. This notice will also be located on the Informational Postings web site. The Critical Notice will contain type of notice (allocation, maintenance, other, etc…) subject line and date the notification was sent.

Bump Notices

		When selecting Bump Notifications, the checkbox will default to "All Contracts" unless otherwise specified. The Bump Notice e-mail notification will inform shippers or service requesters that a bumping event has taken place and which contract has been affected. Please note; notices will be sent after the Evening and Intraday 1 cycles.

Shipper Sched Qty Cut Notices

		When selecting Shipper Scheduled Cut Notifications, the checkbox will default to "All Contracts" unless otherwise specified. The shipper scheduled cut e-mail notice will provide information at the contract level, the cycle, gas day, total nominated volume, scheduled volume and any difference in those quantities. Please note; notices will be sent after each cycle; i.e., Timely, Evening, Intraday 1; etc.

Operator Sched Qty Cut Notices

		The operator scheduled cut e-mail notice will provide the cycle, gas date, and specific location where the scheduled quantity is less than the confirmed quantity at a line item level. Line item level includes the Transportation Service Requestor (TSR) contract and up/down contract number. Please note; notices will be sent after each cycle; i.e., Timely, Evening, Intraday 1; etc.

Capacity Release Recall Notices

		If you are a Capacity Release user, and anticipate doing recalls and re-puts this electronic notice will notify users that a recall event has taken place. It will notify users that a recall event has taken place and will inform you what cycle the recall notification was for, the offer number, contract number, the effective date and quantity.

Invoice/Statement Availability Notification

		Invoice availability notifications will be sent bi-monthly regarding the availability of Reservation and Commodity Invoices as well as supporting documentation for review. Upon receipt of this e-mail notification, you may begin your review of your invoices by accessing Northern’s on-line invoicing reports via the Northern Natural Gas Customer Activities web site.

		The "Northern Notes" newsletter contains interesting articles and important information regarding the pipeline and new services provided by Northern.

Northern Daily Highlights

		The "Northern Daily Highlights" e-mail will provide customers with an high level summary of daily information that can be found on Northern's web site. The Daily Report will include pipeline status information for the upcoming day, commercial and marketing information as well as additional links to information on Northern's website.

Notice

In addition to notification through the informational postings, Northern Natural Gas also provides critical, bump, shipper, and/or operator scheduled quantity cut notices pursuant to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order No. 587-G and capacity release recall notices pursuant to FERC Order No. 587-N using Internet E-mail addresses.

If you are a current shipper or a service requester with a transportation contract that will be subject to receiving notices electronically, we ask that you complete and submit the above form. When the electronic form is received, a Northern Natural Gas representative will review and update the information you provided.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible to see that the E-mail contact information is kept current. Please allow up to one business day to verify and update information in our systems.
