Wednesday, March 5, 2008 Bingaman: Two Pueblos will Receive Federal Transit Grants WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman today announced that two New Mexico pueblos will receive a total of $265,221 to help with the planning and operation of public transportation projects. The funding comes from a grant under the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Tribal Transit Program, which Bingaman created.
