Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
There are two methods of sending electronic funds – Automated Clearing House and Fedwire.
Please confirm with your financial institution which method they will use in order to give them the proper instructions.
Before sending funds electronically to the Library of Congress using either of the methods listed below, please inform the Library’s Disbursing Office by e-mail to Melissa LaDieu at mlad@loc.gov as to the:
- amount;
- approximate date of receipt; and,
- purpose of the funds. This will ensure that the funds will be properly identified upon receipt and credited to the proper organization within the Library of Congress.
