TO: Printing and Publishing Officials of the Federal Government

SUBJECT: Rider Requisitions for the U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual

The Government Printing Office (GPO) is now accepting rider orders for the U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual, which was last published in 1984. Rider rates for the paper, casebound, and CD-ROM versions of this publication are indicated below:

Version Description Rider Rate
Paper Adhesive bound, paper covers, bleed index $ 6.50 each
Casebound Casebound (sewn) with bleed index $15.00 each
CD-ROM $ 5.00 each

To take advantage of these rider rates, please forward your requisitions (Standard Form 1) to GPO by October 10, 2000. Remember to specify the number of Paper, Casebound, or CD-ROM versions on your requisition. If no preference is stated, paper copies will be furnished. Note that these rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery orders only. Mailing costs, if incurred, will comprise an additional charge. Please be sure to specify GPO jacket number 185-155 on your requisition.
